BRING YOUR “A” GAME, produced by the Twenty-First Century Foundation* in partnership with actor-director Mario Van Peebles.
Interviewees include such African American men such as Richard “Dick” Parsons, Chris Rock, Spike Lee, Dr. Cornel West, Ice Cube, Newark, New Jersey Mayor Cory Booker, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Russell Simmons, Kevin Liles, Lou Gossett Jr., Lupe Fiasco, Hill Harper, Damon Dash, Kevin Powell, Melvin Van Peebles, Geoffrey Canada, Bruce Gordon and former NBA star Alan Houston, among others.
Two screenings of the film are scheduled for

Following the screenings is a special orientation session for community, schools and faith-based organizations who wish to receive training on:
§ How to effectively use BRING YOUR “A” GAME in their work;
§ How to join the Atlanta Community Engagement Team (CET) on Black Men and Boys; and
§ Request a viewing of the film, including a presentation by a member of the Atlanta CET
*Since its inception in 1971, 21CF has awarded millions in grants to more than 500 nonprofit organizations. These grants provide seed capital to support new initiatives, to fill the gaps in vitally needed programs, and to advance community groups to the next level of leadership and activism. In recent years, 21CF has taken a leadership role in promoting new models of Black philanthropy that support donors who want to develop the skills, commitment and imagination to address pressing issues impacting our communities.
