We are asking groups from all over the world to organize a day of solidarity for Troy Davis in their cities, on ther campuses and places of worship. Please let Amnesty International know about events as we want to highlight them and get media to as many as possible. Jessica Cohn jcohn@aiusa.org or Brian Evans bevans@aius.org
Also we have petitons we want signed by clergy, lawyers, general citizens.

We also have petitions going to the local District Attorney and if you would like one of those I can send to you via email, we are trying to get as many people as possible to sign DA Letter especialy people from Georgia.
We are also wanting people from around the globe to write US Attorney general Eric Holder asking that he investigate the Chatham County Judicial Circuit and the two Justices, Marcus and Dubina who sited the US government and the Anti-terrorism laws that prohibit the innocent from getting relief in court.
This letter is not a form letter and we ask that organizations formulate their own letters as it gives a more powerful impact and not coming from just one organization.
All in all we need to crank up the activism for Troy and expose this judicial system, and we need to get as much media platforms doing a real story.
If there are lawyers or legal experts willing to assist in Amicus Briefs to assist in the US Supreme Court filing please let us know and we will contact Troy's Attorney's. Jason Ewart at Arnold and Porter in Washington DC Jason_Ewart@aporter.com
Thanks,
Martina Correia
